1. What basetfi.com is

basetfi.com is an independent, editorial index of open source crypto software and blockchains, maintained by Danilo Salvioni in Bergamo. The site catalogues publicly available open source projects and links to their official websites. basetfi.com provides information about software; it does not provide financial services of any kind, and nothing on the site is financial, legal or tax advice.

2. Using the site

You may browse the index freely and link to it. You agree not to scrape the site in a way that burdens the server, not to misrepresent basetfi.com's listings as endorsements, and not to use the basetfi.com name or seal to imply a verification that did not happen.

3. Listings and the verification seal

A listing means we reviewed the project's repository, licence and official website at the date shown. The seal is an editorial note about the software's openness and activity — it is not a warranty, a certification of security, or a judgement about any token.

4. Third-party sites

The index links out to websites we do not operate. We check that links point to official domains when we add them, but domains change hands and projects move. Always confirm you are on a project's genuine website before downloading software or entering any credentials.

5. Recognition programme

Listed maintainers may receive a verification seal and a mention in the changelog. This recognition is symbolic: it has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be purchased.

6. Liability

The site is provided "as is". We work hard to keep the index accurate, but we cannot warrant that every listing is current at every moment. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of the site or of third-party software it catalogues.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Disputes belong before the competent courts of Bergamo, unless mandatory consumer law gives you another forum.

8. Changes

We may revise these terms as the site evolves. The version number and revision date at the top of this page show which text is current.
